How fun for our G-Bear, who went to play at a friend's house for the first time today!
Our preschool friend, MJ, invited G-Bear over to play. Instead of coming home at noon as expected, G-Bear stayed until 3:30pm because the girls were having so much fun. E-Bear and I didn't know what to do with ourselves, we missed her so much :) But the delight on her face when she returned home said it all: she had a great time.
What a treat it is to get to witness little "take flight" moments like these in our children's lives. Four years ago this week, G-Bear was a helpless hatchling cradled in our arms. Now we can proudly watch as she makes friends and takes early steps out on her own. Way to go, G-Bear!
