Happy Saint Nicholas Day!
This year, we celebrated the feast day with chocolate coins in our shoes, watching our favorite Saint Nicholas movie, and by making gingerbread houses out of our Halloween candy. I can't think of a better way to use our candy.
The kids did a great job decorating their house. It will sit proudly in our dining room until Christmas. I have promised that patience will be rewarded when we crack into the house after Christmas day!
